Funds raised during Labor Day Weekend allow F.I.H.S. to continue its mission:    for the operation of the Historical Rooms, historical educational programs and for numerous community improvement projects.

Friday, September 1, 2017
- Contra Dance: 7:30 PM— Francestown Town Hall

Saturday, September 2, 2017
- Tennis Tournament: Starting at 8am at locations around town 
(tournament continues on Sunday)
-  Saturday Night Dance at the Francestown Town Hall - music TBA

Sunday, September 3, 2017
- Golf Tournament: 1 p.m. at Crotched Mountain Golf Club
- 24th Mud Volley Ball Tournament: Starts at 10 AM at Town Rec. Fields - Rt. 136
- Vespers Evening of stories and song : 7 PM at the Old Meeting House

Monday, September 4, 2017

- 18th Annual Francestown Five Road Race:  begins at Town Rec. Fields
- Information Booth & Raffle Tickets: 
                               10 AM to 4 PM – located on the Town Common
- Juried Arts & Crafts: 10 AM to 4 PM — Town Offices lawn & FIHS Park, Main St.
- Baked Goods, Plants, Rummage, and White Elephant: – Horse Sheds & Town    Common -  All Booths open at 10AM
- Books: FIHS Lodge, across from the Town Offices on Main Street, 10 AM - 4 PM
New* "Beehive" FIHS Historical Rooms: open  10AM to 2 PM 
- Heritage Museum (Thulander Building): 10 AM to 4 PM – next to Town Hall
- Children’s Games: on the Town Common
* TAGS – Available from the “Tag Team” around the Town Common *

*** PARADE:THEME TO BE ANNOUNCED ***
 2 PM Main St. - the only parade that you can see twice!!!*** 

Food: Opening at Approximately 10:30 AM
- Country Café—Sandwich wraps and beverages
- Country Kitchen—Town Common in Horse Sheds: Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sodas 
  and more
- Cotton Candy on the Town Common
- Old Meeting House Ice Cream Social – make your own Ice Cream Sundae 

Entertainment:
-  11 AM – R.P. Hale: harpsichord, organ & dulcimer at OMH
-  12 Noon – To be announced!
-  3 PM – Temple Band. Concert after the Parade on Town Common next to
                Town Hall

Fireman's Supper— At the Fire Station
- Two Sittings: 5 PM and 6:30 PM - Raffle prizes announced at the 6:30 sitting
- Tickets will be available for purchase on the end of the Horsesheds

The Francestown Improvement & Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all proceeds from the weekend help fund Society projects.
